In a Supply / Demand model, it looks to me that your model is not set up correctly.
The most obvious problem is that your objective :
=Sumproduct ( row 13, Row 14)
Your Row 14 are all blank! So, the objective will always be zero.

I have already tried deleting and redownloading Excel. I checked that my Mac en.lproj/Add-ins said Solver.xlam. Another suggestion was to rename it Solver 2.xlam, but it still doesn't work.

The minimum solution of your SumProduct is Zero, so it appears to me to be correct.
