    Dear Stefan Zsupos1,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with Microsoft 365 installation. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial response may not resolve the problem immediately. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, for further troubleshooting, could you please provide the information below:

    1. Could you please let me know if you have an antivirus or a proxy address? If so, could you please try temporarily disabling them to see if the issue still persists?
    2. Additionally, could you please try rebooting your device and attempting again?
    3. Could you also check if you can log into your account on a different device or network, such as your mobile network?
    4. On the affected machine, could you please try to add https://login.microsoftonline.com to your list of trusted sites.
      1. Click on the Edge icon on your desktop or taskbar.
      2. Click the three horizontal dots (menu) in the upper right corner of the browser window, then select Settings.
      3. In the settings menu, click on Cookies and site permissions on the left-hand side.
      4. Scroll down to the Manage permissions section and click on Trusted sites.
      5. Click the Add button and enter the URL "https://login.microsoftonline.com". Then, click Add again to save it You may also need to add "https://autologon.microsoftazuread-sso.com/"

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

Ralph Chawatama | Microsoft Community Moderator
