Pivot table shrinks data source when refresh

I have a pivot table from a source that goes to row 5000. Sometimes, the source doesn't have data for all 5000 rows, and when I refresh the pivot table, its range changes automatically to row 200.

How can I avoid the data source range being modified?

How I can I reproduce your issue? It doesn't change at my side.

You may try use Entire column as data source.

'Data base'!$A:$D

Or Format your data as a table. When new rows are added to your table, it will be included in your povittable.

Thanks Snow Lu! Using the entire columns on the data source worked perfectly.
