We understand that you are having problems using the immersive reading feature of OneNote that require you to check your speakers. I understand the inconvenience this problem has caused you, and I will try my best to explain it to you.
First of all, this is really not your problem. We have recently received feedback from many users who have the same problem as you. According to the information we have (provided by a user), this may be a functional problem that OneNote currently has. Unfortunately, there is no definite solution at present, and as a community agent, we can only try our best to help you at the technical level. We also have no solution for this type of problem.
We recommend that you report the details of this issue to Microsoft. Microsoft values every user question and feedback, and the information you provide can help Microsoft better understand this issue.
