Project for web Labels (Automatic Assign / Delete

Question

Hi,

In my work, we use Project for the web and we use the labels option to tag tasks/workstreams by months so as to be able to quickly filter to see what work is happening in a given month.

Currently, this is a manual allocation of checking the start date and end date, and then assigning labels for them and any months in between. If a date changes, you go back over any changed dates and reapply.

I'm trying to find out if it's possible via Power Automate (or another solution) to have the labels automatically assigned based on the Start and End date.

For example: Task 1

• Start: 01/01/2025
• End: 01/03/2025
• Labels that should be applied:
  • 'Jan-25'
  • 'Feb-25'
  • 'Mar-25'

Then if the task gets moved to

• Start: 01/04/2025
• End 01/05/2025
• Then the labels would change to
  • 'Apr-25'
  • 'May-25'
  • 'Jun-25'
