    Dear Joachim Lubbe

Good day! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community. We'll be happy to help!

First of all, we regret for the inconvenience caused to your work. Based on your description, I have a general understanding of your question, to help you better, I still need collect more information to narrow down the scope of question:

    • If you are using outlook desktop client, if yes please use your account to login **** OWA (Outlook Web App) **** and check whether you can receive emails on outlook web, thanks.
    • Sometimes, emails from external sources might be automatically moved to the junk folder. You can check your junk folder to see if the emails are there
    • Ensure that there are no email rules set up that might be moving external emails to other folders or deleting them
    • Have you received some error messages or codes? If yes, please share the full screenshot with me, thanks.
    • If convenient please kindly double confirm whether sender has got some NDR(non-delivery report), if yes then please kidnly ask them to share a complete screesnhot with me, thanks. This is important because the NDR (Non-Delivery Report) that the sender receives will generally indicate to us critical information about the failure of the email transmission.
    • Are you just not receiving emails from specific senders or can't you receive all of them? If you can't receive emails from specific sender, please kindly try to remove that user from your safe list and then re-add him/her and then check the result, for your reference: Add recipients of my email messages to the Safe Senders List - Microsoft Support
    • Also please double confirm whether your MX records are correct, because MX record helps to received external email. If MX records not correctly added, all users can not receive email form outside organization. For your reference: Add DNS records to connect your domain - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Please kindly believe that I will do my best to do more research and testing to help you further when I get the feedback from you I need.

Please note that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thank you in advance for your understanding. Your patience and cooperation will be greatly appreciated. I hope all the best!

    Sincerely

    Kerry Chen | Community Moderator
