We have a WordPress website landing page that will be used to promote a webinar we will be hosting with MS Teams Webinar. We've created the webinar and tested the webinar registration form and it works great.

Is there a way to pass our WordPress form data (using Gravity Forms) to the MS Teams Webinar registration form? If not, is there a way to embed the MS Teams webinar registration form onto a WordPress page?

Could you give us more information about how do you promote webinar with WordPress landing page?

I read many documents but don’t find the way to pass WordPress form data and embed Teams webinar registration form to a WordPress page.

We promote all of our client webinars with advertising on social media channels. We always send the traffic to the clients website which is built on WordPress. We do this because we want to be able to build a retargeting audience from the PAGE VIEWS...as not everyone registers for an event right?

Ideally, we would use Gravity Forms (a WordPress plugin) to capture the form data and then post that data to the webinar registration form usually hosted with the 3rd party webinar provider (i.e. Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) and also post that data to our 3rd party email marketing platform (i.e. Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp, etc.). Often this integration can be done with integration platforms such as Zapier.

In this case, we have not found any way to be able to integrate (and automate) MS Teams webinar registrant data with other platforms.
