- Could you please let me know if this file is synced to your OneDrive? If the file is synced, are you able to access it from OneDrive on the web?
- May I know if this issue affects only this specific file or multiple files?
- Could you please provide a screenshot related to the issue/error? You can upload the screenshot using this feature:
