I have Microsoft OneDrive subscription which allows me to share with 5 family members. While they should all get 1T space they only get 5G. I have been trying to contact Microsoft I get a email that someone will contact me but it has been over a week and I still have not got a call. Can anyone assist. I have 1T but my family do not.

A friend of mine who is technologically savvy was able to sort the issue and it has all been fixed. Very disappointed with Microsoft support though I should refer them to the CCC from lack of customer service.

I have Microsoft 365 Family, and I pay AU$179.00 per year
My subscription says I can invite up to five others to join your Microsoft 365 Family subscription with an email or link. They'll also join your family group.
I agree while I have an ok understanding of computers it is not at an IT level, and I do not speak the computer jargon. Though am able to follow step by step instructions quite competently.
It says I have successfully invited 2 family members, and they have Microsoft 365 installed.
The issue I am having is contacting Microsoft support. I have called the number and there is no option to leave a number. The phone automated message directs you to their web site. In the contact support section, I was able to leave a message and my phone number then I got a reference number with a message that some tech person would contact me that was 2 weeks back Last week I did the same thing got another reference number but till date no one has contacted me.
Please let me know if you need any further information.

I have realized that your issues.
Because according to you this is too weird to be impossible for everyone to not get 1TB of space, may I ask if they can use Microsoft 365 for Word, Excel then?
Based on what you've said, I can see that you don't seem to know much about Microsoft products, so I'd like you to follow my step-by-step guide to determine why the problem is occurring.
Before that, I would like to ask you for some information to better address your question.
First, That one is not a OneDrive subscription, the correct term is a Microsoft 365 subscription. The 1TB of service you purchased from OneDrive is Microsoft 365.
If you go by the limited division, Microsoft 365 is a subscription that provides a license to use Office products with an additional 1TB of space. Did you spend $69 or $99 for your subscription?
Because I don't see that you have mentioned the specific version you purchased.
At the same time Microsoft 365 licenses are divided into two versions: Family and Personal.
Family is the version that you mentioned that can be shared among 5 people, and Personal is the version that you can use only for yourself.
However, either version does not affect the ability to invite people into a family group. If one of the people in the family group happens to have a Family subscription, then it can be shared. The opposite is not possible.
The 5GB of space is free with all Microsoft accounts!
Having said that, I suggest you open https://account.microsoft.com/services and see if the current subscription shows Family or Personal.
If it's Family, here in the admin, please confirm that you have successfully shared the subscription already.

If it is indeed the case that you are a Family subscriber but no one else can join, it is likely that there is an anomaly in your own account.
You will need to contact Microsoft Support to check your account.
Contact Microsoft Support.
