I am trying to create a linked service to to azure Mysql and getting below error.
Could not find any relevant information for this error.
Any advice will be greatly appreciate. Thanks.

I have solved the issue by enabling this option' Allow public access from any Azure service within Azure to this server'. So it seems to be blocking by firewall previously.

I'm getting this exact same error when trying to link an azure mysql flexible service to Azure Data Factory. Both resources are configured to use private endpoints on the same vnet. Enabling public access is not an option for me (per business requirements). How can I make this work over the private endpoint? I tried to connect with both the private endpoint DNS, and the private IP, however I keep getting the same error:
