A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Dear Amy Martinez3,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with OneDrive Not Syncing. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.
Since you mentioned that you need someone to remotely access and assist with issue, I would sincerely recommend that you create a support ticket with Microsoft Support directly by following the steps provided in this link: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn, as our forum team has limited access and can only provide assistance via this the forum platform.

- Could you please let me know if it's only this specific spreadsheet that is affected, or if all synced files are impacted?
- Could you please let me know if you have tried temporarily disabling your antivirus or using a different internet provider to check if the issue still persists?
- May I know if there are any sync conflicts or errors in the OneDrive app?
- Could you please let me know if you've tried resetting OneDrive? Reset OneDrive - Microsoft Support
Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.
