Adding Pivot Table Fields Help

I'm trying to make a Pivot Table of day-to-day transaction information from our payment processing software. When doing that, I need the option of daily breakdown (Day) but only getting Month, Quarter, Years. My supervisor can on her computer and our IT guy tried it and is having the same issue I am.

    Group feature is available in pivot table.

    Right Click date column in pivot table, Grouping>Choose days and set number of days to 1.
