Making the file available for offline in Onedrive worked for me. I know it's not the most convenient way. I hope there will be a fix coming soon.

Hi, I’m having troubles opening file from one drive. Liquittext support said that this trouble occurs before the file is in LT. I checked the recommendations from this blog but the problem persist. Any suggestions?º
Thanks

Hello AngelaPenagos,
Thanks for the reply.
It may be necessary to determine if the files in OneDrive are corrupted, go toOneDrive Web, or open OneDrive for iOS on your iPad. is it opening correctly and are there any anomalies?
You can share the above information with us.

Hello AngelaPenagos,
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.
You mentioned that you are experiencing an issue with LiquidText that prevents you from opening a file from OneDrive, and that the LiquidText support team has indicated that the issue may occur before the file enters LiquidText. I understand the inconvenience this causes.
At this time we have less information to provide you with effective assistance, we need to dig deeper into the issue and confirm some details. Based on a search I found that LiquidText is an application for document annotation, note organization and mind mapping that is typically used to work with PDFs, Word documents or other text files. Can you tell me if you are experiencing this issue when trying to open a specific type of file, or are all files failing to open? Also, can you describe if you receive any error messages when trying to open a file, or if the file fails to load at all? This information will help us better pinpoint the cause of the issue.
You can also try opening the file from a different platform (e.g. OneDrive for web, or OneDrive for mobile) to see if the problem persists. This can help us determine if the issue is related to a specific platform or device. Additionally, you can also try logging back into your OneDrive account, or checking that your internet connection is stable to ensure that the files are syncing properly.
If you can provide us with more details, such as the type of file you're trying to open, the type of device you're using, and the specific steps you're taking, we'd be happy to further assist you in resolving this issue. Thank you for your patience and cooperation, and we look forward to hearing from you!
