- Log in to this website using the Microsoft account associated with your subscription: https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Can you see the Microsoft 365 Family subscription on the “Subscriptions” page?
- Was the Office installer downloaded from the “Subscriptions” page?
- You mentioned “on the Microsoft Store I tried” Do you mean that you also tried to download the Office installer from the Microsoft Store?
- When the installer fails to run, is there any error message displayed? Please attach a screenshot.

- Sign in with your personal Microsoft account.
- Enter your issue in the search box. For example, Office.
- Click [Get Help], then click [Contact Supp ort] at the bottom of the page.
- Under [ Products and services], select [ Microsoft 365 and Office].
- Under [Category], select [ Technical Support].
- Click [ Confirm].
- Select [ Chat with a support agent in a web browser].
Please note: The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day.
