The office setup file does not start

I have a family subscription, I installed Windows 11, I downloaded Office 365 and the setup does not run. Even on the Microsoft Store I tried and it says "An uncaught exception has occurred".
If necessary, I can give you access to the computer to help me, thank you!

    I know that you need help, but in order to more accurately address your question and avoid misunderstanding, we may ask you for more information. 

    • Log in to this website using the Microsoft account associated with your subscription: https://account.microsoft.com/services
      • Can you see the Microsoft 365 Family subscription on the “Subscriptions” page?
      • Was the Office installer downloaded from the “Subscriptions” page?
    • You mentioned “on the Microsoft Store I tried” Do you mean that you also tried to download the Office installer from the Microsoft Store?
    • When the installer fails to run, is there any error message displayed? Please attach a screenshot.

    2. Sign in with your personal Microsoft account. Image
    3. Enter your issue in the search box. For example, Office.
    4. Click [Get Help], then click [Contact Supp ort] at the bottom of the page. Image
    5. Under [ Products and services], select [ Microsoft 365 and Office].
    6. Under [Category], select [ Technical Support].
    7. Click [ Confirm]. Image
    8. Select [ Chat with a support agent in a web browser]. Image

    Please note: The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day.
