- Sign in with your personal Microsoft account.
Note: It doesn't have to be an account associated with the subscription. Just log in with another available account. For example, you can sign in with the Microsoft account which you are using to post this thread. Then provide your billing information to the Online Chat Support.
- Enter your issue in the search box. For example, subscriptions/invoices/refunds.
- Click Get Help, then click Contact Support at the bottom of the page.
- Under Products and services, select Microsoft 365 and Office.
- Under Category, select Manage my subscription (Or any other item you need).
- Click Confirm.
- Select Chat with a support agent in a web browser.
