Cannot find the developer tab. and the toolbar disappear randomly.

It sounds like you may be using the Office Online web version of Word in which case there is no Developer tab. That also may explain the disappearing Ribbon.

When seeking advice it's a good idea to specify the current version numbers of Office & macOS you're using. Useful replies often depend on those factors.
