Saving Word Documents

I have access to word through school, and am only signed in to my school account on my device. I cannot save documents because "my cache credentials have expired" and when I try to fix it, I'm told i can't use my school account to fix the issue. If i sign in with my personal account, i get the same message. Any way I can fix this?

Just to be clear, you see this even when you save outside any folder which synchronizes with OneDrive?

Are you saving to some sort of network, for example an organization's (work or school) network?

Happens with both, and its shows up as a pop up when I'm working on a document.

Does this happen when you save to OneDrive or synchronize with OneDrive?

Does it happen when you save locally on your PC?
