    In order to help you better, I would like to confirm some information with you first:

    • Is the password you currently lost the password for your Microsoft account, or is it a password set in Office files that cannot be accessed, or a password to access your computer?
    • I need to explain to you that there are some different solutions for these passwords, and I noticed that you didn't select the relevant board, so I hope I can get this information with you.
    • Are you currently accessing from a Windows or Mac computer?
    • Are you currently accessing from a personal or business account?
