hi,
I have an issue. My PC does meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11, according to PC health app and the manufacturer's website states that it can go up to Windows 11. The manufacturer double checked and they said it does meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11. I received an email from Microsoft that states my PC does not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11. Told to reinstall Windows to Windows 10.128937-screenshot-2021-09-03-10-23-10-578-comandroidchrom.jpg

    Hello @Paul Chou ,

Since the error mentions specifically the hardware settings, but the manufacturer confirms that is Windows 11, I would check for something that must be present but maybe disabled.

In this case you can download and run the Microsoft PC Health tool, which will tell you exactly what you don't meet: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewpchealth

But I suspect it could be that TPM version 2.0, UEFI firmware, or Secure Boot capable is not enabled in the BIOS. A BIOS update may be necessary in some models to enable TPM version 2.0, consult with the manufacturer in case of doubt, since upgrading BIOS is a sensitive action.

Hope it helps in your case!
