Since the error mentions specifically the hardware settings, but the manufacturer confirms that is Windows 11, I would check for something that must be present but maybe disabled.

But I suspect it could be that TPM version 2.0, UEFI firmware, or Secure Boot capable is not enabled in the BIOS. A BIOS update may be necessary in some models to enable TPM version 2.0, consult with the manufacturer in case of doubt, since upgrading BIOS is a sensitive action.
