How do you do the same with Xbox one

What you just gave just resets the OS, in there any way to erase every byte of data including the OS

There is a reset option to remove everything, however if you want to also remove the OS you'll most likely have to do it manually, for example by attaching the hard drive to a PC.

Ihave a series X. It has a gen4 ssd slot. My pc only as a sata hard drive slot. What do I do?

What is the purpose of deleting the OS? A reset with data removal is normally enough.
