    Dear Albert,

Good day! Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community. We are here to assist you

I'm sorry to hear about your deleted files. Since your student account is managed by your school, they might have backup systems in place or be able to restore your account temporarily. For this, you will need to contact the school IT department to help with this

Meanwhile, to better understand the issue, we kindly request some additional information. Could you please provide the following details:

    1. Do you remember the exact date or period when your account was deactivated?
    2. Can you copy the content when preview the files?
    3. What specific error messages or notifications do you see when you try to open or copy the files?
    4. Could you please upload the screenshot of folders?

Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.  If it possible please provide complete screenshots.

Have a great day and take care! 😊

    Sincerely,

    Naren | Microsoft Community Moderator
