Word not fully functioning on mobile device

Question

I have the app installed on my phone and I pay the personal course for Microsoft 365.

But when I use word I can only read documents.

I can neither write in existing documents nor can I create new ones.

Even when restarting the app and phone or reinstalling it doesn't do anything.

When I try to it tells me that I need a business or educational account.

Word Version: Version 16.0.18324.20086

Android OS Version: 12

Is there anything I can do? I am paying for the service why can I not use it?

Thank you I checked.

I have a standard phone that shouldn't have a problem with screen size.

My plan is the Microsoft personal.
