I signed up for a 1-month free trial because I wanted to check out the new features in Word, and they charged me, but I didn't like the subscription, especially since it was supposed to be a free month. When will I get my money back?

Only Microsoft will be able to tell why the process is (sometimes) slow. Normally, it should be faster than 30 days.

Since you have successfully canceled, there isn't much more you can do. At least in theory, you can request a callback via the support chat at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus. However, users in the forum report that this may be a convoluted process which doesn't necessarily work.

thanks! yes, I canceled my subscription, but the refund has not happened yet. I don't quite understand whether they just need more time for this, or do I still need to write a request somewhere else? let me remind you that this was supposed to be a free trial version in general🄹

and do you know how to contact support via chat?

Have you successfully canceled the subscription? Your account at https://account.microsoft.com/servicesĀ should show the current status.
