It seems that you have reported the scam to Microsoft which of course is a good thing.

Getting your money back from the scammer will be more difficult, I'm afraid.

I purchased microsoft office 2021 online with lifetime validity. Yesterday on microsoft chat I got following reply. Amazon is not providing me refund for counterfeit product. What do I do ?
