Accessing MS 365

I recently got MS 365 with my new laptop and it worked fine without any problems, but today it says its unlicensed.

I un-installed it and re-installed it on my laptop and signed into my account, but its still saying unlicensed, and I can't

use it, apart from viewing existing files.

    Thanks for reaching out to this community.

    Based on your description, I understand Microsoft 365 on your new laptop says it's unlicensed.

    To assist you better, would you please share with us more information via Private Message?

    1. Click "Install and more", select install M365 apps. Image
    2. Select Subscription from the lest panel, and then check the subscription plan assigned to your account
    • Would you please also tell use which version of Microsoft 365 Apps is installed on your computer? You may go to File > Account in any Office program and share with us the complete screenshots about it.

    For data and account privacy, please share the required information with me along with other information via private message I have initiated for data and account privacy. You can access the private messages section through "My Profile". Account Manager-->My Profile-->View Private Message. (See screenshot below)
