I have been using office 365 for a number of years, and renewed on 1 February 25. I would like to use this product on another device but I cannot find my product key number, I have looked at other questions on this matter but they have not been of any help. Could you please advise.

    Dear TedH76

    Thank you for your reply.

According to your description, your wife has Microsoft 365 on her account. You only need to log in to your wife's account on this computer (if you and your wife use different accounts to access the desktop on this computer), then open any Office component and log in to her account. Office will automatically recognize the license information in her account.

To ensure accurate recognition of the license, you can also check whether the Office installed on the computer is correct. If the installed version is wrong, you can also uninstall it and re-download and install Microsoft 365 through your wife's account homepage.

If you cannot activate it, you can take a screenshot of the specific display interface and share it with us through the reply to help us clarify the specific status of the problem.

I hope the above information is helpful to you. Looking forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,

    Hello Tracy

Thank you for your help. I have just realised that I may have asked the wrong question. On my lap top I have my account and one for my wife on a different email address but on the same computer, and I want her to have access to Office 365. I have found Office 365 on her account and it asks for a Product Key. Can I do this.

    Many thanks.

    Edward

    Dear TedH76

Thanks for raising your concerns in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you want to use Office on other devices.

First of all, I need to explain that Microsoft 365 is associated with your account, so you do not need to enter the key on other devices, and you can activate it by logging in to your account.

On other computers, you can visit [Subscriptions], log in to your account, and download the Microsoft 365 installation package. On mobile devices, you can get the app through Google Play. After the installation is successful, log in to your account and activate it.

It should be noted that Microsoft 365 can only be installed and activated on 5 devices.

I hope the above information is helpful to you. We are looking forward to hearing from you and will continue to assist you.

    Best Regards,

You dont use this for an Android/iPad
