How to create a filtered table from a VSTACK function with lots of duplicate data

Hi,

I have a sheets that uses a 3D referenced VSTACK that pulls in data from multiple sheets into one and SORT function that shows the category from A-Z, with conditional formatting to show duplicates of training requirements against names. See screen shot below.

What I would like to do is show in a table is the category once for example and the names that need that training, as the sheet is still quite hard to interpret the data. Is this possible?

Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

Right click on any cell of the Pivot Table and click on Pivot Table Options. On one of the tabs there, there is a box of Classic Pivot Table layout. Check that box.

This is a great idea thank you, simple, but my pivot table does not want to show the names to the right or left of the category, when I set it up the same as your screen shot it puts the names under each category in the rows??
