In this case, I would recommend contacting Microsoft’s Data Protection or Support Team directly. Microsoft’s security protocols are designed to protect accounts from unauthorized access, and as such, the global admin role is a critical access point to your company’s Microsoft 365 resources.
Because this involves sensitive access to your company's data and applications, Microsoft’s Data Protection Team is specifically equipped to handle these types of urgent requests. They are trained to verify your identity securely and help guide you through the process of regaining control of your account, while adhering to privacy and data protection laws. If you call the support hotline during local business hours, the initial response will be handled by an automated system. After providing the required information, you will need to connect with a support agent. When purchasing a tenant, make sure you use the phone number listed on your account. During the phone call, you may be asked to provide information related to your subscription, such as your company name, billing details, registered phone number, and alternate email address. This will help our support team handle account and subscription-related inquiries more effectively.
