Unfortunately, this community team doesn't have the permissions or tools to access tenant backend information or regain admin access due to privacy and security constraints. However, the data protection team is well-equipped to handle these issues and can verify the necessary information to take appropriate action.
When you contact them, have your domain information and all relevant details about your business account ready. This will help them verify your identity and speed up the process.

Different sites may have different support processes. Here, providing two methods, try with this.
- There will be about 30 seconds that will open up, like something like "You can visit the link..... But you can skip this opening and wait for the option, so "1" as a business email user, "1" again as a help desk .
- For some countries, it will be an automated conversation like this: first, when I called the hotline and they ask you what kind of problem you have is concerned .
- I replied: authenticator
