SharePoint 2013 Leave Tracker Capability

Situation: My office only has the space for a certain number of people, so not all our employees can be onsite at the same time. We have to divvy up time onsite. If someone that was not assigned to be onsite needs to come in, then some who was scheduled to be onsite has to stay home.

Question: Does SharePoint have a tracking capability that will allow us to enter people's expected leave hours so we can predict when onsite time is available and then assigned someone else that available slot?

Thanks for any insight!

SharePoint 2013 enable support tracking capabilities, and then clearly display the departure/leave time of team members.

You could track the leaving time of team members by creating a view of Calendar type(or choose create a Calendar List directly).

    Follow these steps:
1.Create a List that stored the Leaving reports
2.Click Create View menu, then select Calendar View
3.The View be named TimeShell, and then set time intervals, etc.
4.Set "Show items only when the following is true" so that Issue Status (or other that your named ) "is equal to" "Approved" (or whatever you chose to call it).
