Despite having a premium license, some advanced features such as Advanced Dependencies are missing from Planner.

Any idea what the problem might be?

thanks

Andrew

Thanks for your prompt response. I have figured out the problem. "Planner Plan 1" includes all Planner Premium features except for Advanced Dependencies. Unlocking this requires "Planner and Project Plan 3".

    Dear AndrewM_380,

    Good day to you!

I hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out to our Microsoft Community Forum. We will be happy to help you.

As per your description, you are experiencing an issue with missing Planner features. Since you mentioned having a premium license for Planner, you should have access to all advanced dependency features included in the premium plan.

After extensive research, I found an official Microsoft article stating that the Planner premium license supports advanced features. For your reference, you can review the details here: Comparing Basic vs Premium Plans - Microsoft Support.

In this scenario, where advanced dependency features appear to be missing, please note that product features are managed by the Microsoft product team. As forum community moderators, we are unable to assign or conduct in-depth troubleshooting for such issues.

However, Microsoft has a dedicated support team equipped to handle such issues. I recommend contacting Microsoft technical support for assistance. They have the expertise and tools to help you recover your data. Here’s the support document with contact details: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.

Additionally, if you are part of an organization, your Microsoft administrator can generate a support ticket through the admin portal. For convenience, here is the portal link: Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you for your understanding. Your cooperation and contributions are greatly appreciated.

    Best Regards,

    Nahid Sultan
