Redirect answers in forms

Question

Good afternoon,

We have a forms made up for an evaluation for clients, the answers in excell are exported to my onedrive.

In the near future I will leave the company and want that the answers will be replaced to a cenntral place in our sharepoint.

Is this possible?

thanx for your reply.

I want to change the deafult location where my data is placed in stead of my one drive.

It has to be a shared sharepoint folder

Hi,

You can save the Excel file of the forms to your company's SharePoint drive, I did this with one of my forms.

1. Open your form
2. Click on view answers
3. Open the excel file with the answers
4. On the top left you can see the name of your file, click on it
5. In the location section you will see a row on the right, click on it
6. Move the file to the location you prefer, it can be your SharePoint or a network drive.

Power Automate allows you to create workflows that can automate the process of transferring data from OneDrive to SharePoint whenever a new form response is submitted.
