Also, on March 2, 2025 I have a charge via my bank account and I do not recognize the charge as it is charged as Microssoft*Ultim_V for $25.75

You can contact Microsoft support to find out what the cost is, and if you don't have a subscription to a chargeback product, you can request a refund.

Contact Microsoft Support.

1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
2. Type contact in the search box.
3. 
4. Now click on Get Help and select Contact Support below.
5. Go to the Products & Services tab and choose the Microsoft 365 & Office or Other Products category
6. 
7. On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription or other alternatives.
8. Go to Confirm.
9. You can now choose the option to Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

11. If it says Get Help from the Community, you can click again and repeat step 5.
