Can't go back into my Authenticator account

Question

I've been trying to use my authenticator account to log into my college email but can't seem to access it because the app keeps asking for a verification code but everytime I try to add my college email to my authenticator app it asks for a verification code from the authenticator app what should i do? And is there maybe another way I could enter the app?
