Hello, Hakim HQA
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I realize that you have encountered a problem with open the results of Microsoft Forms in Excel web in the browser. I understand how you feel.
I tried to reproduce your issue here. However, when I logged into Microsoft Forms with a personal account, I was able to open the Excel file displaying the results in the browser.
Here are some steps you can try:
- Open the website in another browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- On "Responses Overview" page, click the arrow to the right of the Excel file, select "Disconnect and sync to a new workbook". Then try opening the new-created Excel file.
To better understand your problem, I would like to know.
- Which account are you using to sign in Microsoft Forms? A personal account or a work/school account?
- Do you receive an error message when you try to open the results of Forms? Please attach a screenshot of this issue. To upload a picture, you can click this button in the reply box.
- If you directly access the OneDrive website (https://onedrive.live.com), can you find and open the Excel file containing the Forms results in the browser? Additionally, are you able to open other Excel files on the website?
Please understand that our initial response may not always solve the problem immediately. Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.
Best wishes,
