Does the Microsoft 365 Apps for Business license include access to Microsoft Teams?

Could a representative from Microsoft please confirm that the Microsoft 365 Apps for Business license does not include access to Microsoft Teams? Our customer is currently unable to access Teams and is being prompted to start a trial.
