Activated subscription using the wrong e-mail address

I redeemed the microsoft 365 on January 1, 2025. I used the wrong email address to activate. I need to either cancel it and get refund, or change the correct email address to activate it.

    It isn't possible to move a subscription from one account (mail) to another. I would suggest that you cancel the current subscription; see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/cancel-a-microsoft-365-subscription-46e2634c-c64b-4c65-94b9-2cc9c960e91b. For more on refunds, have a look at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472. Then get a new subscription using the correct account.
