Appv package not working

HI,
I have an issue with App-V creation of an application. When the package published in Citrix, it shows "Cannot start server" and then found out the root cause that the manifest file is missing few contents in Appv package. Can anyone help me with this?

This Appv package is created for applications that need to be deployed in Citrix platform. And this package is created by Microsoft Application Virtualization Sequencer tool
