Could you please share with me the error message that the system threw after the installation failed? This would be very helpful for me to diagnose the issue.
Generally speaking, the Office installation process is as follows:
- Visiting this link: Services & subscriptions | Microsoft Account, you will see the Office product you purchased listed there
- Click on Manage > Install, and select the language you need from the versions, 64/32-bit version, usually the default will suffice.
- The browser will initiate a download task. Once the download is complete, open the installation file (.exe), and Office will automatically install on your computer without the need for any additional operations.
