Hi. I got an automatic debit from my bank account for renewal of my subscription to Microsoft office. But I cancelled immediately. After requesting for a refund, I confirmed the status and realised it was stated " refund declined" after going through I got a link that stated that I could change the payment method and the refund will be made to the new account. But it was stated that the duration will be 2 months. Kindly review

    Dear BILKISU ABDULLATEEF,

    Good day!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Microsoft Office subscription renewal.

Regarding your refund request, if you have received a notification that your refund has been declined, it may be due to certain conditions not being met.  Considering this might involve access to sensitive info like credit card and other personal information, I do believe this can be better checked and handled by our billing technical support team.

You can contact the team via Phone support to check for your account details and payment methods as well. Something we may not be able to do as public Forum support.

You can refer to phone numbers listed in this article. Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

Thank you for your kind understanding. Your patience and cooperation are much appreciated.

    Best Regards,

    Eleni | Microsoft Community Moderator.
