OneDrive login problem

Hello, A few weeks ago, OneDrive wasn't backing up my desktop, so I logged out and installed the updated OneDrive app. After that, although all my passwords and login details are correct, I get the error ‘OneDrive isn't connected’ and I can't access my account. I'm having this problem with my work account and local IT hasn't found a solution.

    1. Could you please navigate to "My Account" and verify what license you have?
    2. Did you try Log in to OneDrive via your web browser and see is there any error?
    3. May I know if you can Reset OneDrive and check if you are still facing problem?

    OneDrive is not a backup but the default location of data/docs as none are stored on the local device.

    Is the Desktop components or web access?

    O365 when installed under a Win user admin account, and run from that admin account, auto logs in when the PC is started. There is no separate login for any component.
