- Could you please let me know if you have the latest updates installed for Microsoft Project?
- May I know if you've tried repairing your Office installation? You can do this by going to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, selecting Microsoft Office, and choosing Change. Have you tried the Quick Repair or Online Repair options?
- May I know if you've tried running Microsoft Project in Safe Mode by pressing Ctrl while clicking on the Microsoft Project icon?
- Could you please let me know if you've tried clearing the cache? You can find the cache location in File > Options > Save.
