How do I send reminders in Microsoft Forms ONLY to recipients who have not yet responded?

I was under the impression that when I selected "View Responses">"Remind Them" that only those who had not yet responded would get a reminder message. I discovered today that all recipients of the Form receive a remind message. Is it possible to send a "Remind Them" message to only the non-responders? The survey is Anonymous. Thanks.

    Dear John McWilliams1,

Good day! Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community.

This forum primarily focuses on Microsoft 365 and Office built-in features.

Unfortunately, the built-in reminder feature in Microsoft Forms will send reminders to all recipients. However, it should be possible to use Power Automate to send reminders only to those who have not yet responded. Therefore, I sincerely recommend posting your concern to the specific channel. Microsoft Power Platform Community by clicking on Post a question, as our forum has limited knowledge in this area.

ImageMembers and engineers over there are proficient in the knowledge of Power Automate issues. We are sure that our experts from that team can address your query effectively and accurately.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation! Hope you have a nice day!

    Sincerely,

    Ralph | Microsoft Community Moderator

Thank you for your response, Ralph. I will work to learn how to use Power Automate for this purpose. May I trouble you to answer another question. How do I limit MIcrosoft Forms to one response per person if I select "Anyone can respond"? The instructions I see online are confusing. They say, "To limit a Microsoft Form to one response per person even if "Anyone can respond," open your form, click the three dots for "More form settings," then select "Settings"; within the settings panel, check the box next to "One response per person."" I am not seeing this option when I click the three dots for "More Form settings."

    Thanks,

    John
