Hi Fauzia Skali,
Greetings. Thank you for posting the thread to our community.
Based on your description, it seems you wonder if there’s any alternative methods for the retiring Web viewer add-in in PowerPoint.
After my test and research, here is a related official support article mentions the LiveWeb add-in can also be used for adding a live web page to a slide:Add a live web page to a slide - Microsoft Support. You can review the article to download and install the LiveWeb add-in file to your device.
When you download and install the add-in file, you can follow my test results to enable the add-in in PowerPoint:
1. Go to Options > Add-ins > Under Manage tab, select PowerPoint Add-ins and click Go:
~~2. In the pop-up menu, click~~ **~~Add New~~** ~~> Navigate to the installed LiveWeb add-in file (~~**~~LiveWeb.ppam~~**~~) in your device and select OK to install the add-in in PowerPoint:~~
