I am trying to format a document to be used for Amazon Kindle. I need to format it with embedded fonts. I know I need to pull up File and then Options and then embed fonts. Problem is, I do not have an option's menu. (see attachment). I am running Microsoft 365 Personal on a Windows 11 Pro platform. Anybody have any ideas? I have enclosed 3 pictures from my system. I have been trying to fix this since the beginning of December. I have a PC not a Mac.

You first screen shot has cropped out the Options item, which is at the bottom of the left panel.

To embed fonts in Word for Windows, choose File>Save as. In the Save As dialog, click on Tools beside the Save button. Choose Save Options, then check the Embed fonts in the file option.

On some screens, you will have to scroll down to the bottom of the tabs on the left side. Options is at the very bottom.

You can also get there, sort of, by right-clicking on the Ribbon and picking Customize the Ribbon. That brings up the Customize the Ribbon dialog, along with the other options, shown to the left of that dialog.
