At the company where I work we have an email group for purchases. and I have the following situation: I send an email to that group, and I want the people in the group to be able to confirm that they will take care of that order so that everyone in the group knows that that order has not been forgotten. and notify the others from the group.

Hello, thanks for the reply. It's 50% ok. I received confirmation that "X" approved the email, but the others in the group did not receive that "X" was handling that email.

    Dear Boraciu Roberto Petrut

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!

Based on your description, may I double confirm whether you need a way to manage and track responses within your email group?

If yes, please check below methods:

    Use Voting Buttons in Outlook:

    • If your company uses Outlook, you can use voting buttons to track responses. When composing an email, go to the Options tab and select Use Voting Buttons. You can customize the options to something like "I will take care of this order" and "Order acknowledged".

Add and request read receipts and delivery notifications in Outlook, refer to Add and request read receipts and delivery notifications in Outlook - Microsoft Support

A delivery receipt confirms delivery of your email message to the recipient's mailbox, but not that the recipient has seen it or read it. A read receipt confirms that your message was opened.

In Outlook, the message recipient can decline to send read receipts. There are other scenarios where read receipts are not sent, such as if the recipient's email program doesn’t support read receipts. There is no way to force a recipient to send a read receipt.

If I misunderstood, please feel free to let me know, I will continue to assist you.

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Allen | Community Moderator
