If you change your update channel to current channel, you can update office to latest version. Then the groupby function will work.

I am a user with an Office 365 E5 License. I cannot find the functions: GROUPBY formulas in the Office 365 Version 2410 (Build 18129.20200) that I am currently using. I was able to use the functions: GROUPBY formulas in the previous Version 2409 (Build 18025.20030) Can you help me with this issue?

It is based on update channel. Switch to current channel, you will have this function.

With the update made in December, the GROUPBY function that came in September was removed and should I downgrade to use this function?
The feature is released on current channel while 18129.20200 is Monthly enterprise channel. If you want to use groupby and pivotby functions, you may contact your IT to switch your update channel to current channel.
