Rewrite suggestion doesn't work

This past weekend I noticed my Rewrite suggestion does not work on my Word and I do have a subscription. Please help I've tried everything.

I understand that you can't continue to use the rewrite suggestions feature in Word, I understand your frustration and will try to help you troubleshoot.

In order to get a better idea of the status of the issue, I'd like to confirm some information with you first:

• May I ask if you are using the rewrite feature in Copilot? Elevate your content with Copilot in Word - Microsoft Support

I would like to explain that if you are using Copilot's rewrite feature and are a personal user, you will need to subscribe to Copilot Pro separately to use it.

• I notice you have a subscription, are you currently subscribed to Microsoft 365 and Copilot Pro?
• Were you able to use this feature properly before?
• Also, I'd like to follow up with you on the version information you are currently using, you can share it with us by clicking on File->Account->Screenshot of the information on the right side. We would like to check with you further if the feature change is due to a newer version or a specific version.
