Cannot Activate New Microsoft 365 Developer Subscription

Hello. I have a new Visual Studio subscription and am attempting to set up my developer sandbox via the Microsoft 365 dashboard. But each time I log in, the dashboard shows an old expired subscription. And I cannot see how to activate the new one. I have tried multiple times by deleting my profile, after which I receive a Welcome email to the portal. Then, the whole business starts over again.

Can someone DELETE the old subscription so I can set up the new one? Thank you.
