My One Drive on my PC is not syncing. The last successful sync was 6 days ago. The status on the sync is showing two blue circles. I have tried unlinking my one drive from my pc and linking it again. Still no updates on my iPhone app.

    Dear Tenzin Khangkar1,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are experiencing sync issues with OneDrive, I understand your frustration and will try to help you troubleshoot.

To get a better idea of the status of the issue, I'd like to confirm some information with you first:

    • Can I ask if you can view the files you wish to sync in the web version of OneDrive? You can check by clicking the link below: Home - OneDrive
    • I noticed that you describe that you can't update on your mobile phone, are you uploading the files on your computer and can't view the files on your mobile phone?
    • Are you currently using a personal or business account to access OneDrive?
    • I notice you describe the OneDrive icon as showing two blue circles, is that like the image below?

Also, before confirming the above information with you you, if you haven't already tried the below scenario troubleshooting, I suggest you do so and let's get further into the depth of the issue:

    1. If your icon is consistent with the description above, it is recommended that you try the options mentioned in the two links below:

2.Reset OneDrive (resetting OneDrive will reset some settings and options and re-sync, but you will not lose your data, so rest assured).

    3. Uninstall OneDrive and reinstall it (if it doesn't work for you after a reset, you can try reinstalling it further):
Uninstall OneDrive: Turn off, disable, or uninstall OneDrive - Microsoft Support
Reinstall: Reinstall OneDrive - Microsoft Support

Sincerely hope you can understand that as preliminary information may not give us a clear picture of the depth of the issue. You are welcome to contact us at any time if there is any progress.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Best regards
